On a board of Amit Makhija checked to Maurice Hawkins who made a bet of 20,000 into an already enormous pot. Makhija thought about it briefly before making the call. The river was the and Makhija checked again. This time Hawkins moved all in for roughly 40,000 chips.
Makhija went deep into the tank, even asked Hawkins to stack his chips in stacks of 20.
"I cover you," Hawkins said as a response.
"It's really close," Makhija said to himself before folding.
Hawkins stacked his newly found chips and the players moved on to the next hand where Makhija open raised to 4,400 chips. Hawkins was still stacking his chips and getting a color change from the staff and after about a minute, he finally put in a reraise to 10,000.
"Sorry," Hawkins said. "I don't want to think about two things at once."
Everyone eventually folded including Makhija and Hawkins collected his second pot in a row. After the hand Hawkins showed and told Makhija he had quads on the previous hand.
