Joni Jouhkimainen raised to 12,000 from under the gun, Phil Hellmuth called on his direct left, Jarred Solomon called in the cutoff, and Jeff Madsen defended his big blind.
The dealer fanned 
, Madsen and Jouhkimainen both checked, and Hellmuth fired out 40,000. Solomon folded, Madsen raised the pot, and Jouhkimainen folded. Hellmuth re-potted, going all in, and Madsen called.
"Please tell me you have a set," Hellmuth said, showing 
for a set of queens.
"Two pair and a flush draw," Madsen responded, fanning

The turn was the 
, giving Madsen a heart flush, and Hellmuth needed the board to pair on the river. The 
didn't give Hellmuth a full house, however, and he was eliminated.
Cue the blowup.
"F***in' idiot morons," Hellmuth said, standing. "F***in' play all day for this. Worst f***in' player ever."
He started to move away from the table, and as he passed Madsen he added more.
"How do you even have all of those chips?"
From an adjacent table, two players jabbed Hellmuth once he was out of earshot.
"There goes the last no-limit hold'em player," one joked.
"Yeah," the other responded. "Field just got tougher."
